More Precisely, Richard wanted to improve the ability to carry speed through multiple rail-to-rail turns and to follow up with aggressive acceleration.SHAPE NEWSThe bigger models are back to a regular pintail for tighter turning and more control in high winds.A straighter rocker line through the mast foot and footstrap area allows for higher speed and better acceleration and makes the boards hold their speed better through turns. It also suits people with a more upright stance.Shallower double concaves and eliminating the single concave in the front of the board allow for easier rail-to-rail turning.
